Fee: £25 per session (1.5 hours) each week or in full £200
Deposit: £100 needs to be paid as a commitment
Why SHINE?
SHINE is a specialized program tailored to meet the needs of young people facing various challenges that hinder their access to education or impede their success within educational settings. By addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, suicidal ideation, self-harm, ASD, bullying, and more, SHINE provides a supportive and empowering environment for young people to thrive.

Healing Circles offer a transformative experience grounded in the principles of holistic healing and community support. By creating a brave space—a space characterized by openness, acceptance, and respect—participants are invited to share their stories, emotions, and experiences without fear of judgment or stigma.
Through a combination of various modalities such as body movement, breathwork, meditation, and bodywork, healing circles provide a rich and immersive environment for personal exploration and growth.
